The "Chang Tai" Group's Fun Man Tribe Camp has launched a themed event titled "Unite Our Hearts and Strengthen Our Future."
Youth is the vigorous vitality of "the sun does not reach everywhere, youth comes by itself," the ambition of "striking the water in midstream, waves restraining the flying boat," and the firm belief of "after a hundred battles in yellow sand, I will not return until I break the Loulan..."
In the golden autumn, the youth members of the "Changtai" Group came to the Fun Man Tribe Camp at the Bai Long Lake in Danyang to carry out the themed activity "Unite and Strive for the Future."
First, representatives of the youth members, Zhai Qikai, Mao Qiu Cheng, and Cai Meng Kai, respectively presented the advanced deeds of Wang Jiandong from the Marketing Department, Zhou Bin from Chang Sai Company, and the copper busbar team; next, Comrade Sun Zhimin, the deputy secretary of the Party branch, shared his personal experiences about the development of the Changtai Group with the youth members and expressed his earnest expectations for them.
Secondly, to enhance understanding, during the group discussions, everyone introduced themselves, and some employees showcased their talents.
Again, under the guidance of the instructor, four temporary teams were formed—Lightning Team, Dream Team, Xin Xin Team, and Victory Team, led by their captains to carry out:
"The instructor said"—the "competition" of correct commands and recognition execution, ultimately leading to a dramatic turnaround by the Lightning Team.
"Da Vinci Code"—the "duel" of memory and statistics.
"Caterpillar Competition"—the "battle" of teamwork.
"Frisbee Competition"—the "showcase" of individual skills.
In the end, after 3 hours of intense competition filled with wit and courage, the Lightning Team won first place.
Happy times pass like a fleeting horse, though short, they are profoundly meaningful. Through this team-building activity, the distance between the youth members was shortened, communication was enhanced, trust was deepened, collaboration was cultivated, and the cohesion and centripetal force of the team were improved, thus allowing them to invest more enthusiasm into their future work and write a youthful chapter for the tomorrow of Changtai!
