Changtai Group's 8 new products (technologies) have passed the national-level new product certification.

On October 27, the China Machinery Industry Federation organized a new product (technology) appraisal meeting for Changzhou Pacific Power Equipment (Group) Co., Ltd. Among the 8 new products, 6 are transformers and 2 are switches.
On October 27, the China Machinery Industry Federation organized a new product (technology) appraisal meeting for Changzhou Pacific Power Equipment (Group) Co., Ltd. Among the 8 new products, 6 are transformers and 2 are switches. Three new transformer products reached international leading levels (of which 2 are world firsts), and 3 reached international advanced levels; the 2 new switch products reached international advanced levels (of which 1 has mechanical life, breaking capacity, and other indicators that reach international leading levels).
The new product appraisal committee was chaired by experts including academicians from the Chinese Academy of Sciences and the Chinese Academy of Engineering. More than 40 experts and scholars from the State Grid, Southern Power Grid, Guangdong Power Grid, State Grid Electric Power, Hubei Electric Power, China Electric Power Research Institute, and domestic authoritative transformer testing institutions attended the appraisal conference. The experts of the appraisal committee listened to the technical reports and development summaries from the technical staff of Changtai Group, reviewed relevant technical documents and drawings, and inspected the production site.
The experts of the appraisal committee believe that the SWZ22-RL-180000/220-NX1 three-phase stacked core vegetable oil transformer is a world first, with main performance at an international leading level, and agreed to pass the new product technical appraisal, allowing it to be trial-operated on the grid; the SSZ22-RL-180000/220-NX1 stacked core on-load voltage regulating high impedance power transformer is also a world first, with main performance at an international leading level, and agreed to pass the product appraisal, allowing it to enter mass production; the SZ22-RL-90000/110-NX1 three-phase stacked core on-load voltage regulating power transformer has main performance indicators that are at an international leading level among similar products, and agreed to pass the product appraisal, allowing for mass production. The product features low no-load loss, low noise, low temperature rise, small partial discharge, flame retardant, environmentally friendly, and strong short-circuit resistance. At the same time, the experts believe that the SGB18-RL-2500/10-NX1 stacked core open-type dry transformer and the SGB18-RL-2500/35 stacked core open-type dry transformer have main technical performance indicators that reach international advanced levels among similar products, and agreed to pass the new product technical appraisal, allowing them to be trial-operated on the grid; the SGB18-2000/10-NX1 open-type dry transformer has main technical performance indicators that reach international advanced levels among similar products, and agreed to pass the product appraisal, allowing for mass production.
Similarly, the experts of the appraisal committee believe that the XGN口-40.5/1250-31.5 environmentally friendly gas-insulated metal-enclosed switchgear new product has comprehensive performance that reaches international advanced levels, with mechanical life, breaking capacity, and other indicators reaching international leading levels; the XGN口-12/1250-31.5 environmentally friendly gas-insulated metal-enclosed switchgear new product also has comprehensive performance that reaches international advanced levels.
