The SGB18-2000/10-NX1 dry-type power transformer produced by our company has successfully been included in the directory of efficient and energy-saving equipment.
The company has more good news in product research and development innovation and application. Recently, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology announced the list of the "National Recommended Directory of Energy-Saving and Carbon-Reducing Technology Equipment in the Industrial and Information Technology Field (2024 Edition)", in which our company's SGB18-2000/10-NX1 dry-type power transformer was successfully selected for the high-efficiency energy-saving equipment directory.
The selected dry-type power transformer SGB18-2000/10—NX1 features a composite insulation structure using a new type of polymer material sintered film combined with Nomex®410 paper wrapping. The coil adopts a disc winding method with good heat dissipation and high mechanical strength, and the entire transformer is made using green, environmentally friendly insulating paint that undergoes multiple vacuum pressure impregnation and drying processes. Its successful development replaces the traditional epoxy resin casting structure, making it an environmentally friendly and energy-saving power transformer with an energy efficiency level better than Class 1.
