The company also developed and produced a 90000kVA/110kV and 180000kVA/220kV first-level energy efficiency three-phase rolled core transformer, which passed the first electrical test and was successfully powered.
Recently, the company secured orders for 9 on-load tap-changing main transformers with capacities of 150000kVA/220kV, 180000kVA/220kV, and 240000kVA/220kV from a steel plant in Jiangsu. Among them, the 240000kVA/220kV three-phase rolled core transformer will become the highest voltage level, largest capacity, best energy-saving effect, and lowest noise rolled core transformer in the world, once again breaking the world record created by our company.
Changzhou Pacific Transformer Co., Ltd. holds nearly a hundred patents in the rolled core field, including nearly 20 invention patents, with one invention patent each in the United States, the European Union, and Japan.
