1. After the electrical equipment being repaired is powered off, it must be tested for voltage. The voltage tester should meet the voltage level requirements, and insulated gloves must be worn for high voltage parts. After confirming there is no electricity, a grounding wire should be properly connected, and an infrared insulated stick should be used for grounding discharge.
2. A warning sign stating "No closing of switch, work in progress" should be hung on the handle of the knife switch on the powered-off line. Outside the fence of the powered-on area, a sign stating "High voltage, do not enter" should be displayed.
3. For key equipment that has insurance devices and has been powered off for more than 4 hours, the insurance should be removed.
4. After the maintenance work is completed, the grounding wire should be removed, personnel should evacuate the site, the work ticket should be returned, and the warning signs should be taken down before power can be restored.
5. It is strictly prohibited to perform maintenance on various electrical equipment while it is energized.
