Use software to calculate and analyze the short-circuit situation at the transformer outlet, adopt high-strength wires and effective support and reinforcement structure, adjust the coil ampere-turn distribution, and reasonably select wire specifications to ensure sufficient margin for stress everywhere. Using self-developed integrated winding technology, the coils are tightly wound with high strength. 4. Reliable insulation
With the electric field strength as the core of the traction transformer insulation structure design, the field strength suffered by the transformer is analyzed through the wave process calculation program, and the field strength under the conditions of induction and power frequency test is considered at the same time, and reasonable strengthening measures are taken to ensure the main and longitudinal insulation There is sufficient security strength.
5. Low partial discharge volume
Strictly control the electric field intensity of each part, design according to the requirement of no partial discharge, round the structural parts, shape and shield the electrode shape difference area, the whole process of coil winding and internal assembly is carried out in the Class A dust-proof workshop to ensure The body is clean, and the high vacuum oil injection process is adopted to effectively control the partial discharge of the product.
