Project Introduction
Daocheng Yading Airport is located in Sangdui Township, Daocheng County, Ganzi Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, Sichuan Province, China. It is approximately 35 kilometers in a straight line from the county seat and about 50 kilometers by road. It is a 4C level military-civilian dual-use branch airport and a first-class high-altitude airport (elevation 4411 meters), making it the highest civil airport in the world. The control tower of Daocheng Yading Airport is at an elevation of 4435 meters, making it the highest control tower in the world.
