Project Introduction
The main building of the China Millennium Monument has two underground floors and three above-ground floors, standing 39 meters tall and with a diameter of 85 meters. It consists of a stationary corridor and a rotating platform, with the rotating platform designed to have a slope of 19 degrees. The rotating platform weighs 3,200 tons, making it the largest and heaviest rotating platform in the world. The rotating platform uses a rail-based system, and the mechanical metal structure of the rotating mechanism is assembled from 1,900 components. The outer wall of the rotating platform is engraved with 56 ethnic symbolic decorations, carved from米黄花花岗岩. The corridor features 40 bronze sculptures of "Chinese Cultural Celebrities."
